Paranormal experience supernatural ghost poltergeist alien extra terrestrial orb ringing in ears

I saw ghostly vision of a woman standing in the same bedroom doorway the week prior to this horrifying experience. To my left I felt a presence, although alone the room, my ears began to ring. Something grabbed my hand and lifted up my arm while I was sitting on the couch. I then felt another to my right. Before I looked, I knew it was there! There was a bright orb light hovering at the bedroom window! The window was open, so there could not have been a reflection. I wailed in horror, paralyzed until the ringing in my ears subsided and the vision dissipated...
