This video will teach you how to alleviate panic attacks with this simple breathing technique. Step 1: Find a comfortable place to sit or lie down. Step 2: Place one hand on your chest and the other on your belly. Step 3: Take a slow deep breath through your nose (making sure your belly rises more than your chest) and hold it for a few seconds. Step 4: Slowly let the air out your mouth. Things to remember: -Always make sure you are breathing with your belly, and not your chest.
